PM should have apologised to the women of the country for the following reasons-not the fictional reason he doled out today;

• For keeping the Women’s Reservation Bill, passed in 2023, locked away in ‘cold storage’ for so long( notified yesterday n nobody knows what was the intent )
• For deliberately linking that law with delimitation and census after such a long delay, in an attempt to deceive the entire public once again.
• For trying to turn women into mere vote slaves just to secure votes,
• For concealing the anti-women stance of the RSS, which leads the BJP and denies even primary membership to women,
• For starting the Rashtriya Sevika Samiti (RSS!) as a deceptive front for women who are barred from membership in the RSS, thereby fooling them,
• For treating the nation’s first citizen — the respected woman President — with untouchability and keeping her away during the inauguration of the new Parliament building,
• For the hunting and parading of women naked on the streets in Manipur,
• For colluding with a fascist-style patriarchy that views women across the country as second-class citizens and tears apart their dignity and self-respect,
• For seeing women merely as pawns and tools in a deceitful political game played solely for political gain,
• For attempting to implement the primitive politics of the Manusmriti that declares “Na stree swatantryamarhati”..
It is for all these reasons that the PM should apologise to the women of the country — and not to hide the embarrassment of his own diabolic game being defeated.
