Tdy I did a recharge of 279 for ott & 30 gb through mobile no 8295335810. But i am unable to claim my Netflix ott. Since morning no one from Airtel is owning responsibility for failure to provide me services. It's a clear fraud. Refund my money

@Airtel_Presence I paid 279 for 24 otts as mentioned in the screenshot and also for 30 gb data. But as you can see in the screenshot that neither netflix is active nor 30 gb data was provided. Its a kind of cheating and fraud case. So made a refund @TRAI @MIB_India
