આ કેવી રીતે શક્ય છે? સમસ્યા હલ ન થઈ હોય ત્યાં સુધી ફરિયાદ ક્લોઝ ન થવી જોઈએ. @MGVCLOfficial, કૃપા કરીને આ બાબતે તાત્કાલિક ધ્યાન આપો અને મારી વીજળીની સમસ્યા ઉકેલો. 25 કલાકથી વધુ સમયનો અંધારપટ અસહ્ય છે.

અત્યંત નિરાશાજનક અનુભવ!
MGVCL એપ પર 30/07/2026 ના બપોરે 12:30 વાગ્યાથી વીજળી ન હોવાની ફરિયાદ (કમ્પ્લેન્ટ નંબર: 36212117643) નોંધાવી હતી. 31/07/2026 ના બપોરે 01:15 વાગ્યા સુધી, લગભગ 25 કલાક સુધી, વીજળી ન આવી.

We ordered on the train.But we got half the item. Which should be refunded.The family was very hungry due to the train being late. And due to less food, everyone was sleeping hungry And give a full refund. Please so that this does not happen to others.@RailwaySeva @Railrestro

I bought the product from Amazon on 1st October which was supposed to be delivered today 03/10/2024 but still not received the delivery. It has been said by the courier agent that if you pick up the product from the office. Why? Such a service by Amazon?

Agent uses bad language. The agent rants.
