Hope @bitbns you can understand the pain what I am going through. On the other hand you say Your CS is fast and reliable on other hand they are not at all replying. They will just reply out of formality after that vanished scene. Its been around 6 months now.

Real side of @bitbns @gauravdahake . They Put my account on Hold 5 months back without any Mail or any reason. From then I have been raising tickets again n again but no one is responding. From 5 months all my funds are stuck. No Support is replying nothing.(1/2)

(2/2) My many tickets are there not responded, just like this. Just chase then daily but they wont reply you. @bitbns @gauravdahake People are losing trust in you because of the treatment you are giving to your customers. Just dont fill up your pockets and leave customer hanging.
