@_saah1l @ShiprocketIndia i have each customer support call recorded and every audio will help you understand how dumb the person addressing the issue is. they have no sense of what they are speaking, just trying to sound what they are saying is right without checking the actual dashboard!

shiprocket customer support is by far the worst supports i've spoken to. we choose executive support to speak to humans only to get robotic replies in return. no accountability, no acceptance of mistake, nothing!!

Been seeing someone post about a lot of "Features" on their stories - which ofcourse is PAID (now that I'm aware of paid media) & they are saving those stories under "features" highlight on their IG account

Now that most people are aware of Paid media and features, specifically their target audience - clients and everyone else (i'm assuming they are aware), is it a wise idea to save ALL THE STORIES at the same time on highlights?
Like isn't that making it obvious that it's paid?

what's more surprising is that Instagram is already taking down/ suspending so many genuine creator accounts recently (maybe due to some fake reports/ violations) & they are ideally not being able to do anything for such malpractices.
Very strange.

Just been more than a month since Content creation has been officially recognised as a profession & have been seeing soo many reels where creators are talking about Fake Bot views (not likes & comments) on their accounts!

Had a MAJOR heart attack moment yesterday!
