🚨Aadhaar-verified IRCTC user since 2018 cannot cancel confirmed train tickets - because registered mobile is dead & portal blocks ALL operations without OTP. A complete system deadlock. Support request closed without resolution. 🧵

contd. After some time his manager called and asked to pay another 10k as a deposit. They take payments through PayTm only, No CASH. I reached the location they posted on @99acresIndia account. That time Vishal told me it was for display only the actual location is different.
