@c2c_Rail since the timetable reverted back to the normal times on 15th Dec, every train from Benfleet to Limehouse and return has been late. Between 4-8 mins. Train this morning is already 5 mins late. What’s the reason for being late every journey ?

Hi @c2c_Rail any update on this revised timetable that’s been in place for 13 weeks now. 7.58 from Benfleet even with the extra time in current timetable still arrives late every day into Limehouse. It’s the same coming home. Is there an ETA you can advise ?

Hi @c2c_Rail first time on trains this week and normal 8.01 from Benfleet to FST now 7.58. Also gets to Limehouse later too. Is this revised timetable for a certain period of time ?

@c2c_Rail . 8.01 from Benfleet to FST. Got to Upminster 15mins late and announced no longer calling at West Ham and Limehouse. What is the reason for this ? Half the train had to get off at Upminster to get those connecting stops. Priority should be customers, not stats!

@c2c_Rail Driver on the 7.13 from Benfleet said it’s defective track that is currently being fixed before Upminster. Should have been at West Ham 7.43 and no where near.

Hi @c2c_Rail just got my first ticket since increase. Benfleet to Canary Wharf return has gone from £23.20 to £25.40. Almost a 10% increase. Says on the C2C website it should be 4.6% ?

@c2c_Rail - see the 8.01 from benfleet to FST now 10 carriages as opposed to the normal 12. This service was already crowded with 12. Is the a permanent change to 10 ?

@c2c_Rail It’s the 8.01 from Benfleet to FST. Late and 4 less carriages again. I have never seen a train this rammed.
