@FoodProfessor I mean, you can thank Harper for putting the wheels in motion for the US to completely screw us over. Basically set up Carney for Failure (well, any PM that was in power when it was finished)
@LangmanVince Think what you're missing here is dribbling a ball while keeping high speeds is VASTLY harder than running with a ball in hand. I've played both sports, much harder to keep control of a ball you have to maneuver.
@ToraChirila@Victori49569624@Tablesalt13 He already knew he could do that, which is why Canada has been avoiding making deals with him. This isn't new, it's just proving Carney right.
@FoodProfessor Agreed, and just proves that Canada and the US need to split. Trump is a POS that won't honour his own deal, this just proves it. Wants till its all do e to then forcefully extort Canada, and you're here clapping along with it. Fake Canadian.
@mario4thenorth Should community note this; nothing about this period is 'nornal'. We're defending ourselves in a friggen trade war with Trump. The fact we're still afloat is already a huge Carndy win.
@sarobertson_ Sorry, is this guy trying to claim it's both sides fault???? We had a great relationship before Trump's first term. Now it's completely fractured and he's trying to gaslight us. We know who's at fault.
@itsskitime@Herbandcouscous Uh that's not reckless from Tielemans, that's dam good defending and a clean swipe of the ball. Now if Tielemans had hit Pulisic with that foot rather than be hit, you'd be right, but he got his body (leg) between player and ball and got a nick on it too. Clear dispossession.
@CrusherCine@Herbandcouscous Yes, because Tielemans had his foot planted first, it's basically shielding. Pulisic unfortunately had to be quicker there. But the touch meant the ball was 'stolen' and control passed to Tielemans.
@Pratherj92672@Herbandcouscous No, what I was explaining was; if this play happened in the US box, it would've been a pen for Belgium (had Tielemans reacted).
@MarkReid42@somajoe69 I love seeing Cons try and push that corrupt MF on the liberals. He's a Con, and he's horrible. Want him out? Vote him out like us sane people have been trying for years.
@MarkReid42 Yes, with Trump. Until he stops his trade war with Canada and attempts to annex our country, he will always be a focus point. We, as a nation, voted for the candidate who wanted to pull our reliance on the US out back and shot. They burnt that bridge, we gotta build new ones.
@Herbandcouscous Because refs are told to keep play going for calls they can't obvoously make themselves. That's what VAR and slow motion replays are there to decipher. What if he gave that free kick, knowing he touched it, and the US scored. Better to let play continue.
@spedbaboon@TheMuppetPastor@boredemployee2@FireInSEAdm I mean, if you ask rivals, that's their stance too. I view it as a pressure relief, still have a lot of work. We werent the best, we were the most efficient and effective.
