@OVOEnergy Ok so the point still stands. When moved over from SSE the letter says the prices haven't changed but they have and we weren't given any notice.

@OVOEnergy Hi Ovo, I thought the prices when migrating from SSE were supposed to stay the same so why have both standard charge and unit rate gone up from 28.29 to 28.37 and from 48.15 to 51.54 respectively, inc VAT?
