Various sources are claiming that Rogers is very much keen to join us but Aston Villa is looking for a bidding war for their prized asset. 🫤 Various clubs are interested like Man City who have a buy back clause, then Chelsea & Man Utd are also showing interest.

Now Arteta knows Rogers from his teenage days when he was in Man City academy and Arteta was an assistant manager there so an interest in him looks valid. Rogers can play as an attacking midfielder as well on the left wing so it would be interesting to see where he fits in Arteta's plans given that we go all the way to sign in. 👍 Question would be is he really better than Martinelli or Trossard?
