So true, I loved the energy and diligence of my colleagues in the clin. chemistry labs…. Working all hours to get rapid results out quickly, so much depends on fast diagnostics!
Medical scientists in hospital labs are often literally unseen heroes during difficult surges in hospitals.
As patients we won't ever see them but they are working flat out, just like people we see - doctors, nurses, porters, cleaners, receptionists etc.
It's a big team effort.

These stories make me happy and sad…. It’s 2023 and we have come a long way in DNA analysis. How many others are still in prison because we can’t get their cases reviewed. Shattering the lives of so many families, not to mention the real perpetrators are still possibly loose?
