@small_brainman@SaddamTransfem@pissvortex Yeah, never cared for it personally; oddly reactionary argumentation to be employing as a leftist. love the hylics pfp btw
@ouroborus73@JutlandGhost Attributing it to the elites betrays fragments of humanism still, as if we're still in control. The productive organs are human sure, but they are appropriated and recorded on the body of capital.
@LetovCCRU If you have any background in formal logic, I reckon algebra might be more your speed. My first undergrad algebra course was taught by an algebraic topologist, so we used Dummit & Foote's "Abstract Algebra". Leans more towards group theory
@LetovCCRU Real Analysis takes a fair bit of practice and intuition to get through tbf, you can know all the formal definitions and still struggle if you don't know how particular functions behave or aren't comfortable with picking appropriate epsilons and deltas.
@YourMomDave1@DrewPavlou Well, the issue is that owning a marginal number of shares for the business you work for is not really the same as owning the means of production, at least not in a significant way that addresses the causes of worker alienation (ex. separation from the product of your labor)
