Power went off around 5:30 PM, and it’s now past midnight with no restoration yet. Could u plz let us know the reason for this prolonged power interruption and the expected restoration time? I’m working a night shift. Kindly restore the power.

URGENT: We had confirmed tickets on Train 12785 today. As per your official X & Instagram updates, the revised departure from KCG was 7:45 PM w.e.f. 25/08/2026. However, the train departed at 7:05 PM.

@SCRailwayIndia On 25 Aug 2026, we followed your previous post stating Train 12785 would depart KCG at 7:45 PM. However, it left at 7:05 PM without proper intimation. We had confirmed tickets but missed the train. RailMadad closed our complaint without resolution. Kindly resolve this.
