My sister booked a parcel on 22nd August at around 1:50 PM in Delhi.

The delivery guy came and asked for the OTP and then the packet was handed over to him.

After just 5-7 mins, he cancelled the booking and never returned the parcel nor did he deliver.

She has called the customer care and grievance desk more than 10 times and also now issues a notice through her lawyers.

This is really disappointing how a renowned cab and parcel service provider is doing this.
We have also already shared the proof through our CCTV cameras.
