Hardly ever use this app anymore but little gym update from the beginning to now. Just getting back on the grind after awhile off feels good to be back boys 🫡🫡
@_2__3____0 Also make sure you’re hitting the gym atleast 4 times a week and rest days are really important believe it or not because your muscles need time to recover
@_2__3____0 Honestly it’s all about how much you eat man lots of protein is your best friend and basically eat till you don’t like food anymore is what I do you’re gunna feel sick alot but the gains you will get will be insane this was me at 155 from my starting at 120lbs in 6 months time
