@zen_browser Think I'll wait and see before updating - the nonsensical "New Tab" implementation, and the doubling down and not listening to user feedback left a sour taste.
Hello! We are excited to announce the launch of Steam Families, now accessible in the Steam Beta Client. This feature introduces significant updates and improvements to family sharing, parental controls, and child purchase requests.
See all the details at the announcement blog post here: https://t.co/vizoZhcn27
@DyingLightGame Don't worry, we won't worry about the missing 100 "dYiNg LiGhT pOiNtS" option! Make the other options disappear while you're working on your predatory store... Maybe you'll win back some of your fan base
@OniZombies It looks great, but that's not enough to get me back into their game. #DyingLight2 will stay uninstalled until "dYiNg LiGhT pOiNtS" is completely removed from their game. They can keep the store and use real life currency, but predatory practices/pricing is where I draw the line.
@DyingLightGame Well played! Releasing a road map announcing "free skins", "end-game content", and "guns" after implementing a predatory store with predatory pricing? Please explain the thinking here: A predatory store... With predatory pricing... In a single/coop player, story driven game?
@DyingLightGame@PazaakG@DJKE11ER2488 I would've NEVER supported you if you made that clear from the start! Well played BTW, releasing the Predatory Store before the latest update that includes "guns", "end-game content" and "free content".
@DyingLightGame@PazaakG@DJKE11ER2488 You weren't clear from the start that you were going to implement a store with predatory practices and pricing, were you!?
@BestGamerAliYT Look, I'm all for supporting studios directly. Making games is expensive, and if they can cut out the middleman then good - I've got their back. But not like this, this is where I draw the line. The game will remain uninstalled until "dYiNg LiGhT pOiNts" is removed.
@TechlandGames@modiohq Nope. Waiting patiently for the DLC I already paid for, and if "dYiNg LiGhT pOiNtS" is still part of the game by then, then I'm most certainly done with Dying Light.
@DyingLightGame No need to visit the Pilgrim outpost. I think that we all can agree that the most popular idea is to remove the "dying Light points" brainfart.
@DyingLightGame I preferred single player, and on occasions I'll answer distress calls. But that was BEFORE the Predatory Update. Now, I prefer not playing this rubbish.
