液冷新风向：英伟达押注MLCP散热技术，单价或为现有方案3-5倍

关注水冷技术（LC）的小伙伴们进来看看。

先简单介绍一下MLCP技术：MLCP是将原本覆盖在芯片上的金属盖，与上方液冷板整合，并刻有液体微通道，让液冷散热冷却液，可直接流经芯片。 在减少中间介质的情况下，缩短传热路径，提高散热效效率并压缩体积。

Nvidia正与供应链合作研发一种名为MLCP（微通道水冷板）的新型液冷散热技术，以应对未来GPU在热管理上的更高需求。

报道称，Nvidia下一代“Rubin”GPU将采用双芯片封装，单卡功耗预计突破2000W。虽然新结构带来更大散热面积，但对冷却效率要求显著提升，传统水冷方案���难以满足。

MLCP技术通过在芯片或封装顶盖上进行蚀刻工艺，将水道尺寸缩小至微米级，从而大幅提升导热性能。同时，该方案可将均热板，冷板，封装顶盖与芯片Die高度集成，形成紧凑高效的散热系统。

不过，MLCP的成本远高于现有方案，单价预计为传统水冷板的3至5倍，业内人士预计若大规模应用，其制造成本将比现行Blackwell盖板高出5至7倍。目前已有厂商向Nvidia完成送样，但商业化仍面临流体力学及液体密封等技术挑战。

供应链人士指出，MLCP并非AI服务器散热的唯一选项，液体喷射等多种新方案也在同步验证中。市场普遍认为，MLCP若能成熟落地，将成为散热技术重组的重要“分水岭”。

Nvidia近期还发布的Rubin CPX GPU，作为一款专为超长上下文推理设计的新型处理器，整机功耗预计提升至350kW，热设计功耗（TDP）约800W，搭配内存后单模块功耗可达880W。这进一步推动了液冷系统在高性能计算中的应用。

截至2024年底，全球数据中心装机容量已达54GW，预计到2026年将增至74GW，年复合增长率约13.7%。其中，估计液冷服务器的渗透率从当前的10%提升至2030年的35%。
