@HomeCentreIndia We tried reached out to Tollfree support team but there’re is no resolution so far and getting same justification as it’s not manufacturing defect. It’s manufactured outside India but what about damage in transit, customer is not responsible for such damage.

@HomeCentreIndia Worst customer service. We bought dining table from phoenix mall pune showroom and it was delivered with broken leg, complaint # 2165251 was raised. Senior engineer confirm it’s defective but call is closed mentioning it’s not manufacturing defect. Please resolve
