Train Number12868 From BBS to HWH PNR 4145436222 .As I have been allotted the lower berth but the passenger are continuously arguing that they won't be lowering down there middle Berth as they have to sleep. as per the rules middle berth can't be open from 6am to10pm.

@punamkumarmish2 @RailwaySeva Actually the Kharagpur station is currently busy with the train traffic coming from Tatanagar. That's why the Purushottam Express has just overtaken your train for a schedule halt at hijli and that train is still standing at Hijli station from last 30 mins.

As I haven't received my order from @zomato and it is already showing that the order is already delivered and there is no support from the @zomato @zomatocare. Order Id 7911213484.
As this had happened a second time and why the hell it happens when the order is prepaid. @zomato.
