@MrTiwaree Why can't customer waiting for 30 minutes while there is a lunch break?
RBI had made guidelines of uninterrupted services for public but also says that each employee will get 30 minute lunch break in rotation.
In that case for rotating cashier each branch must have 2 cashier

@im8sanju @Hellobanker_in No you still didn't get...No one can Deprive anyone from having Lunch...If you are having so much agnst against PSB's then pressurise the gov to privatise them...all banks must be privatise so that public will get better services by keeping 25000 as minimum balance 😉

@im8sanju @Hellobanker_in Yes, it must not impact customer and hence public must pressurise the gov to appoint 2 persons for every task so uninterrupted services can be provided to the customer... Also There should be no lunch time any of the gov offices dealing in public services

@im8sanju @Hellobanker_in Business shutdown?even if bank staff take lunch in rotation then also it will be shutdown coz there is only one cashier and no one else an touch the cash in his place while he is taking lunch..People must pressurise govt to recruit 2 cashiers per branch for uninterrupted services

A man earns 1.2 crores per annum in Mumbai. His job is high pressure, long hours at a SaaS startup. He has employed a maid & cook at home. He takes care of all utilities, expenses, vacations, investments etc.

His wife also works and makes 13 lakhs a year in an advertising agency. She spends this money on herself, and invests the rest.

They have a daughter after 3 years of marriage. After her maternity leave is over, he asks her to leave her job (this was discussed before marriage), and take care of the kid. But, she takes a U-turn and refuses. He is even ready to give her a credit card for her personal spending, similar to what she did with her salary. She still doesn't agree.

Now, they are forced to leave the kid with a nanny throughout the day. He isn't happy about it. Note that, none of their parents are alive, so the kid can't be left with grandparents.

Now, everyday they are having fights over this. Even though his working hours are longer, she tells him her work is equally important, and that he must equally contribute in parenting (at night). He says he is already contributing as he is bearing all the childcare expenses. She tells him, it's not about the money, it's about the time. He says, if he stays up at night, he can't work during the day. She gives the same logic.

She taunts him if he is so concerned about the kid, why don't he leave his job and look after the kid. He taunts her back that he is okay to do so, but then she must earn the same as he earns. Then, they both get silent.

After a few minutes, the wife starts crying, and says, why can't he understand why my job is so important. He asks her to explain why. She doesn't answer. He asks her back, that he can't understand why her work with so little salary is so important than taking care of their own child. It's illogical.

I end the session and ask them to ponder on their questions and come back next time with answers.
