Jambo, Nairobi! Our third daily flight has touched down at JKIA for the first time, boosting our operations to 21 weekly flights. https://t.co/aAu40mmlQL
@TulinSnr@ke_aviation Those B737 should only concentrate on KQ bread and butter. Africa routes which makes the most profit for KQ. Flying Embraer to Lusaka or other key linkages is the reason ET overtook us. Dubai needs KQ to get more B787s for this route and others. B737 for DBX is a joke in capacity
@TulinSnr@kinjeketile@walubengovich@MoRidez I am informed even that 777 might make some people watoe bubbles kwa mapua. Unfortunately with kq learn to contain expectations, words of an insider
@kinjeketile@walubengovich@TulinSnr Hamjui chenye mnaongelea. An insider there actually told me don't keep your hopes too high. "Wait until they are delivered" were his words. You may be in for a huge disappointment
@ke_aviation I didn't know that. However it's universal they have pushed for this for very long. Kenya too has to romp up Tourism numbers for hoteliers, attractions etc. That excess demand can't be left to go south or north of Nairobi cos you are protecting KQ and it lack planes.
Due to Xenophobia, Im putting personal sanctions on South Africa. Im closing my account with Stanbic, will not renew my South African insurance&will stop Zuku internet. I wont be buying SA grapes,Oranges and apples either. Say NO to Afrophobia.
Meet our first ever Boeing 777-300ERSF. Once a passenger aircraft, now a fully transformed freighter, joining the Emirates SkyCargo fleet to carry goods around the world. 🌍📦
Since March 2026, we've added 14 new aircraft to our fleet - including 6 freighters - with more on the way. https://t.co/OFafRCkNyz
