📅 Date of Data: According to the actor, the information corresponds to March 15, 2025.

🔍 Status: Alleged / Not officially verified. Although the actor has published a free sample of 20,000 rows to validate its authenticity.

Viem 2.40 adds support for `eth_fillTransaction` (if supported by the execution node) for locally signed transactions (local accounts).

Combined with `eth_sendRawTransactionSync`, this decreases the amount of RPC calls to fulfil a transaction from 5+ to only 2.

As a Dev who’s been actively involved with 7702’s SC and implementations (huge supporter of 7702, 4337 and 7579) , I believe it’s the protocols/companies fear of the permanence of the attachament of code.
As per the EIP initially the 7702 would be a temporary attach (eg. 1 tx) being able to extend to a permanent state, but by the time of implementation the EIP changed a lot making every delegation permanent until understated by the user.
This sets the protocols back at being responsible for whatever happens to the users wallet after the contract delegation.
