@bourbon_karalyn Does it get any easier or moreover less painful with time. I only ask because I lost my pal @GusMacST in March, and in the past, I've always had another dog. Most times, I had an older dog(Alpha and Mentor) pass and a younger dog remain, but I didn't, and it happened suddenly.

@RockyyBowBoa Reason I was asking is personal. Grew up w/Schnauzers but got my first Scottie in 93 and then 2, MacTavish brothers, in 02 and finally @GusMacST Who I lost suddenly on 12, March. 2 of my 4 w/canine lymphoma at 9. Thinking of another breed and 1 is a Miniature Wirehaird Dachshund

@lettie_cox Do and keep doing it daily. I wish I could buy back time with @GusMacST but I can't, and you can't so enjoy every minute with them. I've lost dogs who had been sick, but when you lose one, suddenly you long for those months; weeks; days; and even hours or seconds. #Plustemporis

@LouisGo29232266 Lost @GusMacST last month. He would have been 13 on May 3rd. I've had 4 Scottie Companions since 1993. Gus was the best dog ever. Grew up with Schnauzers and multiple other dogs of all breeds and sizes. We'd(Gus & I) been inseparable since July 2013 so I can relate and I'm sorry

@joannew0112 Man, that's truly awful. Last month, my best pal and beloved companion @GusMacST had a seizure/convulsion and collapsed and died looking at me in my eyes. That was painful and terrible, but this is beyond a tragedy or criminal it's evil. I'm so sorry. Here's to Zac and Gus.

@HumanityChad If you've worked with dogs and been around them long enough, you'll realize that they understand more than most people. Moreover I think that they can tell exactly what you are thinking. Gus @GusMacST would get up to use the bathroom as soon as a tv show would music started.
