Just got back from the Paris to Chartres three day pilgrimage. Interesting to speak to different all the different people from around the Catholic world. Snuck in a trip to the Louvre, Montmartre and Cluny Museum while I was there.

@scribblejunkie I often used to fantasize about animating the battle between Ransom and the un-man from Lewis' Pereladra after I first read it - this was before I was even an Animator.

Chatting to one's self in the Cinema - Oh dear! 👀 😡

Handmade with markers on paper. Stop-motion. Started to feel my eyes burning from the marker fumes on this one which about ends my carrier in marker work. oh well.

@centaursapey @DougTenNapel If you don't like the Ransom Character maybe just read that Hideous Strength. Probably the best of the three and plays around with Theology, Science, Mythology and Aliens. Perhaps CS Lewis' 'Demons are in the Midichlorians' -beat George Lucas to it.

@DougTenNapel Can relate - had a lot of momentum before 30 in animation with people contacting me for work left and right. After 30 and losing momentum just can't put up with the yes-man stuff anymore and need to run my own ship. Spiritually better for it but do miss the fame and glory.
