One of the most valuable university courses I took was the one on interpersonal communications in multicultural settings. We were taught about direct vs indirect cultures - the former communicate explicitly & literally, prioritizing clarity, while the latter communicate implicitly, often heavily relying on context, nonverbal cues, and subtlety. Understanding this difference is key to avoiding misunderstandings. These days like many of you I’m amazed by multiplication of interpretations & competing versions of guessing, readings between the lines, contextualisations, as a result putting one’s thoughts in someone else’s heads & words in someone else’s mouths. Okay, Russia has never been a direct culture, but wait, at least North America used to be one. And yet it’s seems to be important to keep that in mind when dealing with this festival of thoughts, theories, & conspiracies that we may or may not appreciate & occasionally may even enjoy when we can, when it’s not a total balderdash, or just not another lie :-)

Перший притомний та результативний заступник з діджиталізації в Міноборони.
«Резерв+» продовжує розбудовуватися як екосистема «до армії».
«Армія+» продовжує розвиватися як екосистема «в армії».
«Плюси» — як система бонусів та можливостей для військових. Дуже гарно відгукується з американським підходом, де армійці мають спец умови на купу товарів та послуг по всьому світу.
«Delta» — як єдина екосистема, що обʼєднує різноманітні цифрові рішення на полі бою. А в НАТО є таке?
І купа всього іншого.
Але є ще дві важливі думки.
Перша — а які ж ще досягнення, реформи, успіхи, окрім роботи однієї заступниці та її невеликої команди є у МОУ за роки великої війни?
Друга — «цифровий рапорт», притомне ВЛК, зменшення людського фактору та швидкість прийняття рішень, це дуже круто і потрібно. Але чи «цифровим рапортом» можна виграти війну?
