🚨Tyler Robinson Alibi🚨

.@RealCandaceO broke the story on Jan 6th that Tyler Robinson was eating at Cowboys Smokehouse in Panguich, Utah. @DiligentDenizen recently followed up on this lead and recorded a staff member confirming this information. Tyler showed up around 2130 on 9/10 and had signed a credit card receipt for his meal. He left around 2200.

That means the Feds timeline is bogus. It also means the "text messages" are bogus because Tyler could not have been around UVU explaining what was going on. Such as "I hope that pooch has a bad sniffer".

The Prosecution has not followed up on this because they know it will ruin their whole case.

The Defense has also not reached out to Cowboys Smokehouse, though we don't know if they've already pulled his credit card receipts. Not bringing this up at the Preliminary hearing is very odd.

Erika and I had an extremely productive 4 1/2 hour meeting that I think we both feel should have taken place a lot earlier than it did.
We agreed much more than I had anticipated. Of course, we also disagreed on various points and people as well. Most importantly, we were able to share intel and clarify intent.
I will of course have a full rundown for you all tomorrow as I am currently exhausted, but I wanted to quickly let you guys know that absolutely nothing was held back and the immediate result was that tensions were thawed.
