Democratizing AI systems for ecommerce: agents that actually run your business, without adding a team. For DTC/FBA + agencies. Founder, SpanIO + Zenvrax IO
@mrsharma the board deck move is classic, just hiding that unit economics broke somewhere else entirely. what actually tanked, cash flow or just the math on repeat orders?
Most DTC operators set ACoS alerts at 3.2x baseline. By then you've torched $4K on a single ad set. Move your threshold to 2.8x and you catch the bleed on day two instead of day eight. The delta between 'weekly review' and 'early signal' is usually just one number.
@solopribuilds Currently you do not need to be an engineer to manage agents or create products. But indeed you need to sell. So I would bet by people who manage agents and knows how to sell.
@danellisona Always checking for a pain in the ass and create the possible solution. And never been focus for perfection before launching, just launch and improve along the journey.
@BillDA that's the one nobody talks about because it's not sexy, but yeah supply chain moves hit different when you actually have someone who gives a shit about the details instead of just order fulfillment
@jonahhodges_ yeah the inventory part kills most people. they set up the discount, get excited about signups, then scramble when they can't fulfill on schedule and tank the whole cohort
Most FBA sellers watch conversion rate drop 8% before they check their listing. The ones hitting 7-figure runs catch it at 2% and have a hypothesis ready. That's not faster reaction time—that's a different operating system.
