Another thing I’ve learned: the other team doesn’t always show up. Third time it’s happened this season. Dont understand why you would play money to enter an event and then not show up for all your games. Frustrating.

One of many odd things that I’ve learned in my first season as a parent of an AAU basketball player: it’s not unusual for a team to have multiple players wearing the same number. The team we just played had a total of 7 players, and three of them were wearing 00.
