There are two things I’d like to clarify after sharing my birth story. First, my complication had nothing to do with my age. Pelvic birth injuries can happen to women of any age, whether you’re 17, 25, 35, or 40. Age alone is not the cause.
Second, many people have asked how I was allowed to push for two hours. The truth is, my medical team discussed it with me beforehand. They explained that I had a two-hour window to try for a vaginal birth, and if I didn’t deliver within that time, we would proceed with a C-section. From the beginning, I had made it clear that I wanted to avoid a C-section if it was safe to do so, so we followed that plan within the agreed medical limits.
Every birth is different. My experience is just that,my experience. I shared it to raise awareness, not to blame anyone or spread fear. My goal is to encourage women to ask questions, understand the risks, and make informed decisions together with their healthcare providers.

"Queen Karma Shuts Down UMA: Sheebah Karungi Delivers a Masterclass Performance for Eid Day Celebrations"
Following her headlining set at the UMA Showgrounds on March 20, 2026, Sheebah (popularly known as Queen Karma or Swag Mama) took to social media to express her gratitude. Sheebah extended a direct "thank you" to the Comedy Store Uganda team for hosting her. The event, which has become a staple of Uganda's holiday entertainment, featured her as a major draw for the #EIDDAY festivities.
Known for her deep connection with the "Sheebaholics," her post reflects the "unmatched vibes" and energy she receives from the crowd. She often refers to these moments as "divine" and personal milestones in her career journey.
Performance Impact: Reports from the night indicate she "shut down" the venue with a massive performance that was widely shared across platforms like TikTok and Instagram as a highlight of the Zzina Lifestyle.
While Sheebah is known for her daring and "Swag Mama" aesthetic, her recent high-profile appearances, including this one, feature collaborations with top-tier Ugandan stylists:
The Look: She typically performs in custom-designed sets that allow for high mobility. Recent major outfits have been crafted by renowned designer Sham Tyra, blending bold silhouettes with stage-ready glamour.
Her signature look for 2026 often includes high-quality units from Her Wig Hub Uganda, which she frequently credits for her stage presence.

Dear Ugandans,
English is not our first language. Uganda has 50+ languages, but some of you behave like grammar is the biggest achievement in life.
Someone posts a message and instead of understanding the point, you’re busy asking, “Are you sure you wrote this? Is this your English?”
Relax.
Knowing English doesn’t make you intelligent, successful, or superior. Many people in this country are thriving, building businesses, and changing lives without perfect English.
Maybe it’s time we stop bullying people over grammar and start paying attention to ideas, talent, and real impact.
