Love seeing a photo from our wedding on the bulletin board at the church where my husband serves as pastor. 18 members of the church which worships about 40 on an average Sunday in rural Kentucky made the 1.5 hour drive into Louisville for our wedding. A wonderful congregation!
“Do we want to follow in the way of Jesus or do we want to follow in the way of Trump?” @RevJacquiLewis asks Christians to consider on @amjoyshow. That’s a decision we will all have to make at the ballot box next year!
@EMPS88 Likelihood of me getting a tattoo is less than 1% but if I did, maybe a rainbow with the lyric “I chase the rainbow through the rain, and feel the promise is not vain.”
“Many Christians are far more than embarrassed by the evangelical embrace of this corrupt administration,” @AlexMorrisNY writes. “When Trump asks for our prayers, he shouldn’t forget that.” https://t.co/4yxBI6dgzJ

And it’s very sad how the media accepts this policies as inherently “Christian” views.
In truth, there are so many progressive Christians in this country who are following Jesus by standing up for social justice and against the white evangelical/Trump alliance.
Christianity Today's outgoing editor, Galli, didn't address racism in his editorial. When asked on NPR about *white* evangelicals' support for Trump, he deflected and talked about their passion for pro-life and religious freedom issues.
