@ArtyBianco@youknowJim It’s an odd one. Even Didzy had a spell when he couldn’t hit a barn door (clearing the bar from 6yds out etc). I wonder if it is fan pressure? And going back further, Higdon et al were beyond hopeless in red and white.
@ThePinchNews Agree with most of the thread. And we do need a properly aggressive striker. But what we are missing most is match winning pace on both flanks. Seriki and Brooks looked good for a patch but teams figured them out. There was (and is) no Plan B.
@sufcblade1@SheffieldUnited Agreed. At times we look world beaters. Seriki and Brooks can open up any team. Then we capitulate to a mediocre Norwich. Being a Blade is never easy.
@sufcblade1@SheffieldUnited So we can actually put pressure on - but only when losing. When Norwich go one up, they look for another goal. Why are we the only team that parks the bus??
@The_Bladesman Don’t often say this but I think this one is on Wilder. Poorly set up and changes came too late. Pace on the right may have opened Albion up earlier and would have stopped them marking Brooks out of the game. Bamford no chance against bigger and stronger centre backs.
@Swatch hi. Trying to get in touch with your branches in Birmingham and Sheffield UK to enquire about Moonswatch stock. Are there new telephone numbers as the existing numbers are inoperable
@gageykev@SheffieldUnited Horrible feeling we will lose either Brooks or Seriki this window. They would make great squad players for a Premier League side
@JeJohnelwell@The_Bladesman I think it’s a confidence thing. We keep seeing it at the Lane - crowd quick to get on to the striker if the goals don’t flow. Must ruin a player’s confidence. Like McBurnie, they score for fun after leaving us.
