@secruat @EmergenciasEc The 'escort' car was also blocking the nabouring lane. Non-zero chance he hit that guy while trying to dodge the car. Still his fault for not paying attention, but still shit job by the 'escort' car, especially since at the end he pushed the other car into the joggers.

What has happened here is a tragey. But untimely it was a very easily preventable one.

The joggers, the 'escort' car that blocked off the neighbouring lane and the driver that hit the person.
