Alex, So lets do some fact checking - Coal production in the USA has declined by 50% in the last 20 years. BUT COPD and asthma cases have not? Also the life expectancy in the USA has been flat too... So all those studies, reports, articles and claims that if we reduced our dependance on coal it would extend & save lives was as real as "Get the jab, or else you will die". The main stream media and almost all of the legacy institutions we once admired have lost all credibility.

On Feb 12, the Trump administration rescinded the EPA's 2009 Endangerment Finding.

The 'Clean Air Act' was written to control pollutants that directly harm air quality and human health.

But carbon dioxide is none of those. It is plant food.

In 2009, the Obama administration bypassed Congress by having the EPA declare CO2 a 'public health threat' on its own authority.

That single declaration unlocked federal CO2 regulation across power plants, vehicles and entire energy systems.

Obama has responded angrily, claiming the repeal makes Americans "less safe" and "less healthy."

While Trump, when asked about Americans health and the environment, dismissed the entire climate premise outright, calling it all "a scam."

Net zero enforcement in the US is dead.
At least for now.
