Cirucci Sanderwicci was one of the first Arrancars that Uryu Ishida battled at the very start of the Hueco Mundo/Orihime Rescue Arc. I don't blame you if you don't remember her since she was a very forgettable character. Essentially, she was a one-and-done type of villain.

To remember Cirucci, you have to go back and re-remember the Hall of Tres Cifras, which is Spanish for "three digits." During this part of the anime, Ichigo and friends were confronted by Arrancars who had three digits to their name. In the case of Cirucci, she is Arrancar number 105 and also a part of the Privaron (fallen) Espada army. Ichigo battles Dordoni Alessandro Del Socaccio (Arrancar number 103) whereas Chad battles Gantenbainne Mosqueda (Arrancar number 107).

The battle against Cirucci was entirely based on Uryu Ishida and Pesche Guatiche. It is during this battle where Uryu reveals his secret weapon, Seele Schneider, the only bladed Quincy weapon. After Uryu uses Seele Schneider to absorb Cirucci's Reishi, Uryu wins the battle and presses onwards towards saving Orihime from Las Noches.

I hope that was enough information to jog your memory on who Cirucci is. She shows up very early in the Bleach anime, so I honestly don't blame you if you don't remember her, especially if you haven't done a rewatch of Bleach in a while. After Uryu defeats her, she is taken out by Rudbornn Chelute (Arrancar number 61), the leader of the Exequias. We don't see Cirucci again after that. She's just a one-of, forgettable villain character so other than her hot looks, she was very forgettable.
