@CalSleeper offer a very poor service. Paid £570 for an experience, for which they cancelled breakfast and then dinner with no notice and did not apologise or seek to resolve. Complained and no response. Not recommended, very poor experience.
@cathaypacific flying business but the Deck lounge is full and you are still letting people in. Had to leave and sit at the gate. Extremely disappointed. Not recommended.
@WhichUK - can @Deliveroo refuse to refund me for non delivery of an item because I’ve complained before due to similar mistakes? I’ve sent them proof of non delivery, a photo their own docket showing the item was left off the delivery? Appalling service must be illegal surely
@DeliverooHelp@WhichUK@Deliveroo@which It seems @DeliverooHelp condone illegal activities, they have shared that this is actually part of their business model. It is tantamount to theft. You order, they fail to deliver and they offer no refund. Why would anybody trust that behaviour?

@giffgaff my daughter is on holiday and her internet and phone signal has been turned off. She has no way of contacting anyway. The app suggest all is okay. What should she do? She has sent a message via the app but no response yet. Please advise with urgency.
@giffgaff We are all moving from @GiffGaff. They have just told us they don’t have call centres so you can’t speak to an agent by phone or in chat. Their team of agents are email only handling account related question such as payment problems. No network help at all. No customer service.
@giffgaff Yes they said my daughter would have to wait until returning from holiday which is 10 days away and to use Facebook instead. She just wants to talk to somebody. Why is that so hard?
@giffgaff Telling us to use Facebook as GiffGaff cannot provide a service whilst on holiday is not acceptable. Why can’t they talk to my daughter and explain??
@giffgaff Appalling service from GiffGaff, nobody to talk to at all, no offer of help just suggesting we use Facebook. Looks like GiffGaff switched off the network mid period with no notice. Now saying have to wait until I return home from holiday. Whole family now moving off @GiffGaff.
