I use my pass to go to work and back mon-thurs only (s36 leeds / harrogate) Is the 28 gold pass the most cost effective way of doing this as i only use 4 of the 7 days per week..so wasteful...??

@harrogatebus when you buy a Gold 28 for Mobile phone..does that mean 28 individual days as you wish to use them or 28 days within a set period of time (like a from/to month)

@harrogatebus sent you an email as i bought my usual monthly pass this morning. the new interface did not seem to offer me the chance to change the start date of my next pass...i wrote to ask you to change it and also called via phone...someone would call me..noone has

@harrogatebus Normally i get an option to change the start date, if rhat js no longer there than that is very inconvenient...before when i have waited until the last minute to buy it, it has on occassion not arrived hence me buying a week or so ahead Why has the policy changed?
