23 Russian sailors & 4 Ukrainian. Trofeo SAR Princesa Sofia regatta look at Russian entry and follow the Para Olympics. Its a shame to exclude sailors but a mark of solidarity with the Ukrainians. Putin and his mob will use this kind of participation to normalise their behaviour.
