These texts are incriminating, not exonerating, and the fact he doesn’t know it adds to the evidence against Miller. It took several adults, a handful of lawyers and, by Miller’s admission, 14 hrs to get his daughter’s blue bunny back to her. They show a controlling person who l’m willing to bet a lot makes everything this hard, and doesn’t care if it’s the kid who suffers along the way. The fact that it seems like a small thing, a blue bunny, and he’s making this much trouble for everyone over it, is evidence against him, not for him. Imagine what he’s like on bigger issues. Every response he has to this makes him look worse.

It took them long enough.

After eight months, the National Academies has finally acknowledged that the biased climate science chapter is a major problem and deserves more scrutiny.

It only took widespread public backlash, Justice Kagan distancing herself from the chapter, and its partner, the Federal Judicial Center, pulling the chapter from all its versions, for the National Academies to come to its senses.

This ought to be an independent review, but given the Academies’ long list of conflicts, that's doubtful. Plus, we already know that this entire process was improper. Those who produced the climate science chapter are involved in climate litigation.

Without question, that alone warrants that NASEM and the FJC never reinstate this chapter in its reference manual.

NEW: DHS confirms that a suspect arrested in Illinois for being found in possession of eight Molotov cocktails is a Jordanian illegal alien who was caught and released at the California border by the Biden administration in 2024. DHS says Hamed Mohammed Hamed Alsaidi was arrested by ICE after local police in Will County, IL arrested him, then released him and refused to honor ICE’s detainer request due to sanctuary policies & Illinois’ SAFE-T Act.

He was seen wandering aimlessly in traffic and gave officers a fake name. Once he was arrested, officers learned his real name and discovered the Molotov cocktails, which had gauze stuck in the tops of them to use as a wick.

Police say he also had a written map of the area, including a local train station, and the words “you see the mosque” written down.

Alsaidi is charged locally with felony unlawful possession of a weapon and misdemeanor obstructing identification and remains in ICE custody.

Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) said Thursday that he has been discharged from a rehabilitation center, nearly two months after he was hospitalized.

"Earlier today, I was discharged from the rehabilitation center to continue my recovery at home," he said in a statement.

The statement did not say when McConnell is expected to return to Capitol Hill.

"On the advice of my doctors, I'll maintain an intensive regimen of physical therapy from home during the state work period, and I'll continue to engage with my staff and colleagues on important Senate business," he said.
