@PassportIRL we’re 7 months in to your application process and have not had anything yet. We’re going on holiday in early August and need this passport to travel. I’ve given plenty of time and starting to worry now. Can anyone help?
@HelloFreshUK 4 of our last 5 deliveries have been 2 hours later than the courier estimates and over and hour later than your final delivery time. I could not come to a resolution with the customer care manager, please provide me with somewhere to make an official complaint
