Starting in 2026, every student in grades 7-12 will need to fill out two OSSAA eligibility forms out each year.

All Rank One forms will need to be completed through a web browser and not through a mobile device.

Today is the last day to get a $20 sports physical at High Plains Clinic!
All athletes participating in summer conditioning need a current sports physical dated after May 1, 2026.
