Where is Our Kshs 8.9B?

We're experiencing Discrimination at the counties.
Counties are claiming they've NOT received the 8.9B allocated for our Transition & that they've been forced to use their own money.

Where is our GRATUITY Money too?

Can you Direct that we be paid in Correct Job groups?

GRATUITY should be paid DIRECTLY to Our Individual accounts since We can't trust these counties.

Counties are Coming up with Different payslips for the UHC Medics.

This is UNACCEPTABLE!

Our money was budgeted for and our payslips should either Remain as they were OR at least improve.

This tells you something about how uncontrollable some counties can be.

Why would a HCW in Kitui be paid different from one in Kakamega with same JD and qualifications?

@KenyaGovernors @CogChair Kindly Regularize or rather, let the UHC B e taken to National facilities.
You were given money to pay us EXACTLY as we were being paid under the @MOH_Kenya .

We shall be protesting at @KenyaGovernors for this.

We shall equally assemble at Parliament and at MoH to DEMAND for our GRATUITY arrears.

UHC UPDATE

Bungoma County Becomes the first county to integrate UHC Staff to the Bungoma county payroll.
September payslips are out showing that UHC Staff in Bungoma county have been transitioned.

However, we still need clarifications on the issue of:-
1. Gratuity
2. Correct Job groups
3. CBA Related arrears.

Let's keep hoping that all other counties will EXPEDITE the same to avoid service disruptions.

Both levels of government have had numerous meetings, yet we've been kept in the dark here.

Since 1st September 2025,we have been receiving salaries without clear terms of services. No Employment letters DESPITE several meetings between @MOH_Kenya and @KenyaGovernors .
The president @WilliamsRuto Gave a directive in 2025.
The @HonAdenDuale made a commitment.
The @KenyaGovernors lead by @CogChair have done several summit Resolutions but FAILED to ACT!

1. We are Demanding for the P&P Letters from the PSC.
2. We Demand for 6yrs Gratuity.
3. We demand for immediate action on September Payslips to AVOID UNNECESSARY service Disruption.

MUST WE COME TO NAIROBI FOR DEMOS?

MESSAGE OF SOLIDARITY AND SUPPORT

The UHC Medics , The Health Caucus and @kUCOofficial stands in solidarity with our member and colleague, Angeline Munywoki, who sustained a comminuted complete closed humerus fracture following an incident during today’s peaceful demonstration in Wote Town.

In addition to the injuries sustained, Angeline’s phone was also taken during the incident, further compounding the challenges she is currently facing.

Angeline is an active member and a dedicated Clinical Officer serving at Kisau Sub-County Hospital. She has continued to serve diligently through various programme engagements and is currently working under the prevailing UHC employment terms.

It is deeply concerning that, under her current employment terms, she does not have access to comprehensive medical cover. This presents an additional challenge at a time when she urgently requires specialised medical care.

For years, Angeline has dedicated herself to caring for and serving others, even without the security of comprehensive medical cover for herself. Today, she finds herself in need of the same care and support she has consistently offered to others.

Angeline is currently awaiting a surgical procedure tonight. We appeal to our members, colleagues, friends, and well-wishers to keep her in their thoughts and prayers and, where possible, extend support to her and her family during this difficult period.

We wish Angeline Munywoki a successful procedure, a smooth recovery, and renewed strength.

The UHC Medics stands with Angeline and her family during this challenging time.

They're on an International Go Slow on the #UHCmedics Transition to P&P Despite an agreement at the IBEC/IGRC/Summit Resolutions.
@HonAdenDuale use the @PSCKenya to issue P&P letters in Line with the court ruling that you're the current employer.
