@JagexHelpFrost @JagexSupport I found out what the issue was! Looks like the school i went to decided to change up their email service which caused a bunch of problems so I had to call them. Thank you for all your help @JagexHelpFrost

@JagexSupport Hey I've got an issue with my email, I'm not getting jagex's automated emails and need to make changes to my email/authenticator for my new phone. Rsn is Chris_B

@JagexHelpFrost @JagexSupport I have also whitelisted all of the emails in that suggestion page. I've got old jagex emails from like 2015 but for whatever reason I can't get the change request.

@JagexHelpFrost @JagexSupport It's nothing to do with a hijacker I don't believe. I just havent used the email in a long time being a university email. I can still send and receive emails on the account. I'm just trying to update information and the change email requests wont go through.
