@skidsonsecurity @karzbish8 @SammyJungles @RiotSupport Years ago on League there was a rune that gave you 15% CD Reduction on Flash. You only fit 1 point in it, so 1/1. Using cheat engine you could change its value to 7/1 in the League client memory. And it really worked. 7*15=105%, which basically means flash had no cooldown ;)
