It’s been 1000 days of Genocide in Gaza. Probably time to speak up now don’t you think?
"If you are neutral in situations of injustice, you have chosen the side of the oppressor.” Dr. Desmond Tutu.
SILENCE IS COMPLICITY!
A Palestinian father is mourning his 3-year-old son that was shot and killed by Israeli soldiers.
Bahaa Abu al-Ajeen says IDF soldiers fatally shot his son Rayan in the head, while simultaneously wounding Bahaa as well.

78 years ago, 800,000 Palestinians were expelled from their homes. Britain made it possible.
Today, Israel is committing genocide in Gaza. Britain made it possible.
78 years of the Nakba - and 78 years of British complicity in crimes against the Palestinian people.
The Nakba never ended. The genocide of Palestinians continues as the Israeli military escalates violence in Gaza, the West Bank, and Lebanon.
I'm joining @RepRashida in co-sponsoring a resolution to recognize the 78th anniversary of the Nakba and Palestinian refugees’ rights.
78 years of ongoing Nakba.
78 years of erasure.
Against all odds, we remain on our land and the land of our ancestors.
Return is our right.
Freedom is our destiny.
On May 15, join the Palestinian people in commemorating the Nakba.

Today marks Nakba Day, an annual day of remembrance to commemorate the expulsion of more than 700,000 Palestinians between 1947 and 1949 during the creation of the State of Israel and the year that followed.
Inea is a New Yorker and a Nakba survivor. She shared her story with us — one of home, tradition and memory over generations.
Today marks the 78th anniversary of the Nakba (catastrophe), during which more than 750,000 Palestinians were expelled and over 400 villages were destroyed to establish the State of Israel.
Today is Trans Day of Visibility.
Trans, non-binary, and gender-nonconforming people have always been here — from the hijra of India to the Diné nádleehi to the leaders who built the modern LGBTQIA+ movement here in New York.
Your existence is not up for debate. Your lives are not a political issue.
We’re fighting for a city where every trans New Yorker can live openly, safely, and with joy.
Today, Palestinians commemorate the 50th anniversary of Land Day. A day of resistance against Israel’s colonization, land theft, dispossession, displacement, and ongoing Nakba.
Land is central to our collective identity, being, and survival as a nation. The land that we nourished with our hands for centuries holds the memories of our ancestors, the sorrows of our elders, and the future of our children.
Everyday is a Land Day in Palestine.

The Israeli government is about to pass a law mandating the death penalty, only for Palestinian prisoners. Mass execution by hanging, solely on racial lines. This is apartheid and the next step in the genocide of Palestinians, already systematically tortured in Israeli prisons.
Today is Land Day.
50 years ago today, six un-armed Palestinians were killed by Israeli forces and more than 100 were injured during protests against Israel’s confiscation of Palestinian land.
Palestinians observe today by holding protest marches and planting olive trees.
I appreciate all the birthday wishes. I’m feeling old but grateful.
My only wish for my birthday would be for us all to remember and help those in need in G*za. If you’re able to, please watch the video and donate what you can. Even if it’s a dollar, may you be immensely rewarded.
The massacre of the girls elementary school pupils (ages 8 to12) in Iran, now stands at one hundred and eighty five.
Any person attempting to justify this unprovoked obscenity is a psychopath.
Today’s military strikes on Iran — carried out by the United States and Israel — mark a catastrophic escalation in an illegal war of aggression. Bombing cities. Killing civilians. Opening a new theater of war. Americans do not want this. They do not want another war in pursuit of regime change. They want relief from the affordability crisis. They want peace.
I am focused on making sure that every New Yorker is safe. I have been in contact with our Police Commissioner and emergency management officials. We are taking proactive steps, including increasing coordination across agencies and enhancing patrols of sensitive locations out of an abundance of caution.
Additionally, I want to speak directly to Iranian New Yorkers: you are part of the fabric of this city — you are our neighbors, small business owners, students, artists, workers, and community leaders. You will be safe here.
ICE murdered Renée Good in broad daylight. Less than 3 weeks later, they killed Alex Pretti, shooting him 10 times. Every day, we watch as people are ripped from their cars, their homes, their lives.
We can't allow ourselves to look away from this cruelty. Abolish ICE.
The man federal officers shot and killed this morning has been identified as 37-year-old Alex Jeffrey Pretti, according to the Star Tribune
