@MikeWingerii Just watched part 6 and I wanted to ask you is it wrong for a church to say a leader of a ministry can only be a man who also has to be an elder (e.g leader in charge of prayer). if wrong is it becuz there is a difference biblically between a leader of a ministry and an elder.
