@estee_nj Well, AAA didn’t dispatch anyone to our location until after 1 in the morning. Driver was lovely. Hotel we drove to was full so we slept in the car from 2am-7am. Dog was chill about it & it wasn’t too cold. Got home this morning. My kid waited 7hrs! Glad I went to wait with.

@drvolts In 90s was working on icebreaker off Antarctica for months. No TV/radio/internet/shops. Just ice. Came home oddly cleansed of “want”. Over first weeks home felt “want” ramp back up watching ads. Not “those” jeans or car, but stuff. Our culture def manufactures appetite.
