@RoyalMail Hi please can you help. I’m a small business that uses Click and Drop. The Post Office in Balham, London, has told us that Royal Mail are refusing to pick up any Click and Drop bags from the Post Office in Balham.

All the bags are correctly packed and labelled, we’ve been using the service successfully for over a year.

@RoyalMail No you’re not, if you were you’d take responsibility for loosing our stock. It’s like me buying dinner and no food turning up but somehow I still have to pay for it.

@RoyalMail We have a Freepost address our customers use for returns; when you loose the returns, and we have proof of postage, why do we not get compensation for you not providing a service we are paying for? Yet again I am out of pocket due to RM loosing a package.

@RoyalMail I’ve already spoken with them. We are left with no other option then to look for a different company to do our returns. Just lost £168 of clothing out of my pocket. And it happens regularly.
