Point being, most successful startups — especially in the B2B SAAS space — have one job: To enable or improve the customer experience as they work towards or attain their goal. In so doing, your job as a SAAS founder is to stay out of their way along that journey.
Your product should ease their experience, not complicate it. Don’t add friction, don’t delay users, and don’t interfere with your customers’ daily operations.
