I cant get excited about new sims announcement if I can not even play my game due to it not updating and repairing correctly

[Claire Hicks @GypZy13]

Any Sims 4 players recently update or repair their game and then the repair won't complete? I have been playing most of the day, I went to repair my game to prove I was not having issues to my friend and now I can't get into my game @TheSims @TheSimsDirect
