Puttering around the house is an underrated form of self-care. Make some tea or coffee. Put on a podcast. Sort the mail. Tidy some pillows and fold some blankets. Start the laundry. Thaw some soup. Just casually wander around aimlessly doing little things to make your space and life a little nicer. Who cares if you get distracted or only do a little? You aren't being productive. You're puttering.
I love people who unlearn their own toxic patterns, turn their pain into power, wounds into wisdom, and disrespect from others into strong boundaries without becoming like those who traumatized them.
I love when people do not find my solitude offensive. Being in your own space can come off as bothersome to others, because of this unspoken sense of entitlement humans tend to subconsciously hold to know everything. So offended by the mystery that is you.
Wanna hack the matrix? Be the healthiest you’ve ever been in your life, mind, body & soul. Love yourself enough to not abuse vices & ruin relationships. Elevate & commit to your Inner Evolution & magnetize the abundance that’s your birthright.
That. Is true activism.
"Love every leaf… Love the animals, love the plants, love everything. If you love everything, you will perceive the divine mystery in things."

The residents of Laurel Canyon are currently filling the canyon with David Crosby songs played at top volume in a tribute to the fallen musician—Crosby, Stills & Nash sang together for the first time at the L. Canyon home of Mama Cass Elliot.
“But there is one thing that I can do all by myself.”
“What is that?” asked Frog.
“I can go home,” said Toad. “Winter may be beautiful, but bed is much better.”
